Join us for a free afternoon with author Thomas Nelson as he discusses his new book, Wrecked: The Edmund Fitzgerald and the Sinking of the American Economy. Nelson blends maritime history with economic insight, revealing how the loss of the Edmund Fitzgerald symbolized a turning point for the Great Lakes shipping industry and the nation's working class.
Following the presentation, Nelson will take audience questions and sign copies of his book, available for purchase in the Museum Store.
