Now that their respective city budgets have passed, and we are in a new year, hear from Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nickels, and Two Rivers City Manager Greg Buckley about how they are implementing their budgets in 2018, what changes citizens can expect, and what outcomes they anticipate seeing.
Updates from additional government officials to follow Nickels and Buckley, time permitting.
