Description
The Safety Café discussion on February 23 will focus on aspects of identifying and preventing workplace violence. Topics to be covered include early warning signs for identify potentially volatile people and situations, conducting preemptive constructive confrontations, company policy and procedure updates, and working with law enforcement when trouble occurs. Time for questions will be provided.
