Precision Floors was founded by Brian Zurn as a flooring installation company in1997, after growing up and working most of his life in the flooring industry. In 2011, he opened his first retail flooring showroom in Plymouth where he continues to run the operation as a family-oriented business. In 2014, the business was booming and in need of more space, so a move was much needed. Precision took a leap of faith and purchased the former Plymouth Oil property at the corner of Highland and Eastern Avenue in Plymouth, then delighted the community with the ambitious plan to revitalize the buildings. The facility held its grand opening in 2015 and is now one of the premier flooring showrooms in Eastern Wisconsin. The business continues to hold true to our commitment to provide residential and commercial clients with high-quality flooring and home decor products, enhanced by expert installation and exceptional customer service.
 
The new addition of our Manitowoc location started as an aspiration back in 2019. We have always dreamed of the idea of replicating the quality and service that Precision has built by opening a division in another location. Our service area was already growing well into Manitowoc county and we noticed all of the exciting growth in the area in the last 10 years, it was truly an easy decision to be looking for property in the Manitowoc area to expand our services. When the building in Manitowoc was listed for sale, the vision was complete, knowing that the building was set up perfectly to be transformed into a beautiful floor & decor facility. We are super excited to be part of the Manitowoc Chamber and we look forward to contributing our service brand to this growing community.
