Touched Twice is a free outreach clinic hosted by the Christian community of Manitowoc County. The goal of the event is to meet pressing physical needs (medical screenings, dental screenings, chiropractic care, haircuts, groceries, hot meal, clothing closet, etc) and share the love of Jesus in the process.
