Description
Superior safety results are not achieved through compliance alone. Many companies are in compliance but still have below average incidents rates and above average workers’ compensation claims. For a company to be better than average or "World Class" their safety programs must include an understanding of where to begin and how to achieve "World Class" results. Attendees will learn concepts needed to begin the journey of how we become "World Class" performers in safety.
