Do you ever ask yourself “How is it that I can know what I truly want, I know what I need to do to get it, and still not take action?” This can apply to personal life, relationships, work, business – anything! Join us to learn about the science behind habit change, why our patterns are so “sticky”, and what daily practices of mental training we can utilize to become more effective in what we create for ourselves, both personally and professionally.
Learning objectives:
- Understand the differences between the conscious and subconscious mind, and how to engage neuroplasticity to overcome habits that aren’t serving you
- Walk away with daily practices to create a greater vision, greater fulfillment, and greater success
About our speaker:
Megan Robitaille is the owner of SHIFT fitness, life, and mindset coaching. Megan holds a degree in Biological Anthropology – focusing in the evolution of the human brain. Her interest in the science behind human habits stems from a personal history with an eating disorder and exercise addiction, having struggled to understand the fight within her own head about what felt logical and safe. Megan works with her clients to uncover existing habits and belief systems, to then establish routines to re-train their brain into behaviors and actions that serve their goals
