Felician Village will host the second annual “Mrs. Roper’s Romp” in Support of Patio and Pub Project.
MANITOWOC, Wis. (April 1, 2025) – Felician Village, a senior life plan campus dedicated to enriching the lives of its residents, encourages community members to join in on the fun for the organization’s “Mrs. Roper’s Romp.” The event aims to raise funds for a highly requested and desired patio and pub area at Felician Village.
The “Mrs. Roper’s Romp” fundraiser event will take place on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 5 -9 p.m., at the Inn on Maritime Bay, located at 101 Maritime Drive, Manitowoc.
Landlords to the infamous Three’s Company roommates, Jack, Chrissy, and Janet; Helen and Stanley Roper became TV sitcom celebrities. Mrs. Roper’s symbolism of the spirit of unity, joy, and camaraderie is easily comparable to the desires of our Felician Village residents who wish to remain independent, healthy, active, happy, and engaged. Highlights of the event include a DJ, raffle baskets, BINGO, wine pull, appetizers, and 50/50 raffles.
“The community has embraced this project and supported our efforts to provide a dynamic area for our residents to socialize and engage with each other, family, and friends. We are on target to finish the patio and pub later this summer, because of the generosity of our supporters” said Renee Thompson, Donor Development Director at Felician Village. “Thank you to all our sponsors. Tickets for the “Mrs. Roper’s Romp” event are available to purchase Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Felician Village, 1635 S. 21st Street, Manitowoc. Tickets are also available online at felicianvillage.org. Pre-sale tickets are $20 or available the day of the event at the door for $25. Tickets include entry to the event, appetizers, and one drink ticket.
