Let's celebrate America's 250^th birthday! On Tuesday, June 30, bring bikes, strollers, wagons, wheelchairs—anything that rolls to Manitowoc Public Library. At 5:30 PM, supplies will be made available on the Library Lawn for decorating (while they last), but you may add as many stars and spangles as you like at home. At 6 PM, we'll parade proudly around the block. In the event of inclement weather, this event will be cancelled
