This event is FREE and OPEN to the public.  Donations will be accepted and used to help businesses purchase their EPI-PEN.  Anaphylaxis t-shirts will be sold for 10$ with profits going to the same cause. 
What: Anaphylaxis Training and Epinephrine Certification
When: Thur. May 12, 2016  6pm.

Deadline for sign-up is Monday May 9th.
2015 Wi. Act 35 became law July 1, 2015 and states “authorized entities” meaning businesses and other organizations can have & maintain a supply of epinephrine auto-injectors (EPI-PENS).
By law a prescription is required as well as anaphylaxis certification.
This event will take care of all of all the requirements .

3. Prescriptions….( a Dr. will be present to write a prescription for your business upon completion of anaphylaxis certification.)
4. Window clings wit the EPI certified logo to put in your businesses window.
