Following the indisputable success of their holiday cookie decorating class, Fern & Flour Bakery—a local gourmet bakery that offers expertly handcrafted desserts suited for any celebration—returns to Manitowoc Public Library for a springtime cupcake frosting extravaganza! During this cupcake decorating class—taking place in the Idea Box Makerspace on Thursday, April 16, from 6-7:30 PM—Fern & Flour's owner, Stephanie Fulton, will walk participants through the steps on how to pipe beautiful floral designs onto a full half-dozen cupcakes! Please bring a container with you to "Bloomin' Delicious" for the safe transport of your cupcakes on their journey from MPL to your home. Registration is required and space is extremely limited!
