Learn about upcoming DOT project plans in our area, and regionally including proposed roundabouts in Manitowoc County.
Randy Asman has been employed with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the past 13 years and a traffic engineer for the last 7+ years. Randy is a registered professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1998. Some of Randy’s job duties include managing the NE Region’s Intelligent Transportation System infrastructure (freeway cameras, traffic detectors and message signs), optimizing roundabout operations, performing roundabout education and investigate existing intersections or highway segments for potential safety or operational improvements.
