WOMT Radio is honoring their 100th anniversary all year long, and you’re invited to join the celebrations. From the moment that Francis Kadow first signed WOMT on-air on the second floor of the Mikadow Theater, through ownership by Manitowoc Fuel and Light, and now owned and operated by Seehafer Broadcasting, a third-generation family broadcast company founded by Don Seehafer and currently led by President Mark Seehafer and Vice President Terry Stevenson, WOMT Radio has served as a steady, trusted voice for news, sports, information and entertainment for their local community.

Join WOMT Radio Wednesday, August 19, for their first open house since the 1980’s! Tour their building, meet your favorite on-air personalities, and enjoy drinks by PetSkull Brewing Company, 4 Christi’s Vineyard, and Lakeside Pepsi, appetizers by Our Legacy Restaurant and Catering, and live music by Riley Haupt. The evening will include special guests and remarks, and attendees will leave with an exclusive bottle of Centennial Red or Centennial White wine, bottled in celebration of WOMT 100 by 4 Christi’s Vinyard in partnership with Hubbartt Electric (limited quantities).
