Description
Featured speaker: Brad Boycks, Director of Advocacy, Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA)
Boycks will discuss the impact of home building on the economy. Updates from local officials will follow Boycks' remarks.
Boycks leads WBA's efforts in the legislature, representing affordable housing. He is responsible for helping the association establish legislative priorities, working with legislators and regulators to get those priorities addressed, and interpreting new or proposed laws. He staffs the Government Affairs Advocacy group.
Business Connects with Government is the perfect opportunity to stay abreast of issues at the local, state and federal levels of government. Both elected, and government officials attend to provide Chamber members with an update as to what is going on in their respective areas of representation. These updates always follow a guest presentation or presenter on important and timely topics.
