The Chamber Fall Seminar: "Festival Foods...A Culture-Driven Company"
Jason Jacobs, Store Director for Festival Foods in Manitowoc, will be presenting on how to build a strong culture-driven company and how they practice servant leadership to accomplish this. Furthermore, he will talk about why they believe, as a company, that strong culture-driven companies will always stand the test of time. Jason will also talk about their boomerang theory and what that really means.
Jason Jacobs has been with Festival Foods for 2 ½ years and has been at the Manitowoc location since June 2011. Prior to Festival Foods, Jason was a Store Manager for Shopko for 3 years, where he worked in the Neenah, Appleton, and Kimberly area.
