Fit in the Park
Description
Yoga Join us for a free yoga class led by certified instructors as part of the Fit in the Park Series. Connect breath and movement to build flexibility, strength and mental awareness. Earn one entry into a random drawing for a 60-minute massage at the Holy Family Memorial Wellness Center for every Fit in the Park session you attend! Open to all ages and fitness levels. Please bring your own mat/towel, water, and family/friends!
