Fit in the Park
Description
Strength Join us for a free energizing strength class led by certified instructors as part of the Fit in the Park Series. Use body weights and bands in a total-body strength workout. Earn one entry into a random drawing for a 60-minute massage at the Holy Family Memorial Wellness Center for every Fit in the Park session you attend! Open to all ages and fitness levels. Please bring water and your family/friends!
