Fit in the Park
Description
Stretch & Walk Join us for a free energizing walk led by certified instructors as part of the Fit in the Park Series. Warm up with a certified stretch coach before walking about one mile along the lakeshore. Earn one entry into a random drawing for a 60-minute massage at the Holy Family Memorial Wellness Center for every Fit in the Park session you attend! Open to all ages and fitness levels. Please bring water and your family/friends!
