Description
- Space allocations will be reserved by selecting a numbered space at the time of reservation. See "Food Truck Spaces" maps in location description.
- There is to be no selling of soda, water, or beer by Food Truck vendors, these items will be sold ONLY at Balloon Glow Beverage Tent/Stands.
- The Balloon Glow Committee reserves the right to limit same type of food items.
- We will be limiting food vendors to the first 18 paid applications.
- Vendors offering similar menu items will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Chamber member vendors will have exclusive access to registration beginning March 15, 2024, before registration opens on March 22. 2024.
- It is the responsibility of all food vendors to be in compliance with all safety and health regulations from the City of Manitowoc. All permits must be on display at your station. Please contact the City of Manitowoc Clerk's office at (920) 686-6950 to obtain any necessary permits, including mobile food vendor license, prior to the event.
- Vendor fee is $225 and must be paid online with your registration to reserve space. If vendor is not accepted for any reason payment will be refunded.
- Electricity if needed can be provided in certain locations only, please note the location of power hookups. Vendor responsible for providing extension cords.
- The Balloon Glow will NOT take a percentage of sales.
- Vendors are required to provide all supplies, serving tables, tents, etc. We provide only the space.
- Vendors are required to be open from 4:30pm until 9pm.
- Applications are due by August 9, 2024. Applications received after the due date will be accepted at the discretion of the Balloon Glow Committee at a fee of $400.
- A Certificate of Insurance must be provided to the Chamber of Manitowoc County at least 10 days prior to the event naming the Chamber of Manitowoc County as the certificate holder.
The Chamber of Manitowoc County and the Chamber of Manitowoc County Foundation, Inc. officers, agents, or employees are not responsible for injury, loss or damage of any kind. Entry fees are non-refundable-event rain or shine.
