$45 per person
$500 for a Table of 8 (Includes: Table for 8 attendees and business/organization name listed in event program and on stage recognition as a Future 15 Awards event supporter.)
Cancelations made within 48 hours of event are non-refundable.

Please register by November 4^th
Please list any dietary needs in the respective registration field.
All guests will be assigned a table, the evening of the event.
The groups/parties for each winner will be seated at the same table and/or directly next to or adjacent to each other - if the party size is large.
