Cancelations made within 48 hours of event are non-refundable. 

Seating/Registration Information:

• Please contact Melissa Radandt if you would like to register: melissa@chambermanitowoccounty.org
• Please list any dietary needs in the respective registration field.
• All guests will be assigned a table, the evening of the event. 
• The groups/parties for each winner will be seated at the same table and/or directly next to or adjacent to each other - if the party size is large.
• Future 15 winners should use the discount code provided to them, when registering, to cover the cost of their meal.
