The name Wisco-tech means we are a school of drinking. We are going to teach you to drink the "Wisconsinbly" way!!

We hold beer school that features only Wisconsin brewed beers. Your "homework" is to grade the beers and give us your feedback. At the end of the semester, we will host your graduation party as well as give you a t-shirt stating that you graduated from beer school!

We pride ourselves on buying locally for our meat and bakery.

We are open Mon-Fri at 11am and Sat and Sun at 10am

The kitchen starts serving at 11 am everyday!
