Description
As part of the Adopt-A-Park program, the Friends of the Manitowoc River Watershed is passionate about finding ways to improve lower Schuette Park and make it more attractive and user-friendly.
The installation of a new ADA compliant kayak launch happened last fall with the help of funds received by a DNA River Planning Grant, as well as the Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership Stewardship Fund and the City of Manitowoc.
Please join them in a celebration of their accomplishment on June 22 at 1pm, where there will be a grand opening and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
