The Economic Development Corporation of Manitowoc County will be presenting "Let's Talk Business: Creating the Customer Experience: Recovering From Service Failure on Tuesday, January 28 at the EDC Office. This session will be presented by John Stelzer, Co-Owner of Rose Colored Glasses Salon & Spa. In his presentation, John will discuss the service failure realities that all businesses face and offer strategies that will help turn a dissatisfied customer into a raving fan.
