Powerful Tools for Caregivers (PTC)  is a workshop for caregivers that walks you through the twists and turns of the emotional challenges that come with being a caregiver, while providing you with excellent tips for improving your physical and mental health. 

PTC is a six-week workshop that runs every Tuesday from January 14th - February 18th, and goes from 1:00 - 2:30 pm.  This session will take place virtually, so there is no need to leave your house in the cold and snow!  If you are unable to meet virtually, please call 1-877-416-7083 to speak with a Family Caregiver Specialist in your county to make other arrangements.
