The Manitowoc County Historical Society is honored to announce the grand opening of the Meeme House, one of the historic structures of Pinecrest Village. The Meeme House, originally located in the town of Meeme in southern Manitowoc County, is a circa 1855 stagecoach stop that was relocated to be a part of the Manitowoc County Historical Society's Musuem and Pinecrest Village in 2017. Following a $1.5 million restoration effort, the historic space recreates the bar room, store, parlor, dining room, hall, and boarding rooms of this once popular community and visitor space from the late 1800s. 
 
Light refreshments and snacks will be served. A tram will be available to take guests from the Welcome Center to the Meeme House. Join the Historical Society in celebrating the story of the historic Meeme House - both its past, present, and future!
