This year's event is going to be held on Sunday June 12th at Silver Valley Supper Club in Manitowoc.
Reservations are open to anyone who would like to come and support Manitowoc County athletics or specific nominees.  To register, call 920-320-3100 by June 7th.  Ticket cost is $20 or 5 or more tickets for $16 each.  The doors open at 4:30 pm and dinner is served at 5:30 pm.  Seating is first come first serve. 
The night will start with dinner, the awards presentation, and finish with a raffle drawing.
