Silver Lake College of the Holy Family is delighted to host its annual “Spring Symposium: A Celebration of Ideas” on Friday, April 5, with student presentations at various locations on the Silver Lake College campus, 2406 South Alverno Road, Manitowoc. The Symposium is open to the public at no charge, and will begin with a light continental breakfast provided courtesy of the Campus Activity Board (CAB) and the College Alumni Association at 9:15 am, and conclude by 4:40 pm. Presentations will be given by individuals and groups of students, and will include a wide variety of topics, including a review of the Alternative Spring Break service trip to Joplin, Missouri, literary reviews, discussions of current societal topics, interactive art demonstrations, and a review of the annual College literary and art publication, Silver Reflections.
