Our mission is to assist the youth in making better choices by being held accountable and engaging them in meaningful services in our community. There by making Manitowoc County a safer and a more conducive place to live. Focusing on and actively working with the youth is our complete approach; finding out which youth needs our help, guiding them, and making sure their situations are handled in a timely manner, whether the task be ensuring the young offenders are given consequences fitting of the offense or finding ways for the youth to devote their time to more productive endeavors.
