Description
This workshop will cover any new tax laws passed in 2010 that impact small businesses and their owners, along with ways to take advantage of the new laws or ways to mitigate the consequences. The workshop will also cover various tax planning strategies for small businesses and their owners. The time to impact the tax you pay is before the end of your tax year, not when you file your tax return.
Our presenter will be Terri Lillesand, CPA. Terri is a shareholder in our Sheboygan office. She has extensive tax experience including compliance and planning work for corporate, individual, partnership, non-profit and fiduciary taxpayers as well as experience in compliance and planning for state and local tax issues.
