The Wisconsin Maritime Museum invites you to journey to the coldest place on Earth in this month’s Think & Drink: “Winter and Water at the South Pole.” Presenting this evening is William Lindman, Water Production & Maintenance Foreman at the Manitowoc Public Utilities Water Treatment Plant. In this presentation, William will share his path to Antarctica, the challenges and rewards of life at the South Pole Station, and how his experiences ultimately led him to Manitowoc.
This installment will take place on Thursday, December 4th, at 6:30 PM at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum.
Admission is free and open to the public, with refreshments available for purchase. For this event, we’re featuring a special themed drink: “South Pole Spritz”!
