Give back. Get outside. Connect.
Join us on Saturday, May 16th from 9:00–11:00 AM for a meaningful morning along the Manitowoc lakeshore as the Young Professionals come together to help clean up a local beach. (Children are also welcome to join the event, as long as they are under the supervision of a parent or guardian.)
We’ll be volunteering as a group at our assigned cleanup locations "Lakefront Park" Beach also known as the old "Warm Waters Beach".
✨ Why join?
Started by Kim Kettner and Wendy Lutzke in 2012, the Friends of the Manitowoc Watershed (FMRW) is a group of volunteers working to raise awareness about the water quality issues impacting the Manitowoc River and the land draining into it. We are committed to connecting people to the Manitowoc River through our hands-on events and educational workshops to increase appreciation, awareness, and use of the river. Find out more.
