"Recognizing Stress and Depression in Co-Workers and Employees"
Presented by: Peter Moran, EAP Account Executive, Aurora Health Care Manitowoc County
Do you suspect depression in a co-worker or an employee? Not sure how to approach the problem at hand? Peter will be presenting about ways to recognize the issues your co-workers and employees may be facing and how to deal with those problems. Peter will also be telling us about what Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are, and how they can serve as a resource to troubled employees so that you can have a more productive work environment.
Peter has a master’s degree in Community Human Services and is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Professional Counselor. He is a certified Employee Assistance Professional and a DOT qualified Substance Abuse Professional. Peter has over 35 years of experience in the behavioral health field as trainer, counselor, supervisor and account executive. He has been with Aurora Employee Assistance Program since 2003.
This event is planned by The Chamber Wellness Council, and everyone is welcome to attend!
