Beverly Pautz is the Employee Assistance Program counselor/case manager at Holy Family Memorial in the Employee Assistance Program.  She holds a master degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  She is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  As an EAP counselor/case manager, Beverly is responsible for conducting assessments; providing short-term counseling to individuals, couples, and families; coordinating resource referrals and information for clients; case managing individuals and families referred to community resources for mental health issues; and consulting with and aiding supervisors and employers with personnel concerns.
