Mentoring Services Manager Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Overview: The Mentoring Services Manager oversees youth enrollment, matching, match support, engagement, retention, child safety, and youth outcomes. This role includes staff supervision, program leadership, and a limited caseload (20-35 matches). The manager also serves as a mentor trainer and Matchforce Administrator for data and reporting.
