This role plays an important part in creating exceptional experiences for student-athletes, families, coaches, and visitors while helping ensure athletic events and daily operations run smoothly.
Schedule: Monday–Friday with evening and occasional weekend hours during athletic seasons (80% FTE)
Reports to: Athletic Director, working closely with Director of Enrollment and President
Pay: $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience

What you’ll do
- Coordinate athletic schedules, rosters, eligibility records, and event logistics.
- Support student-athletes, coaches, families, officials, and visiting schools.
- Assist with game-day operations, tournaments, admissions, concessions, volunteers, and special events.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for athletic events, field trips, and school activities.
- Maintain accurate athletic and transportation records and documentation.
- Communicate scheduling updates and important information to students, families, and staff.
- Support athletic registrations, awards programs, scholarships, and special projects.
- Provide administrative support to school leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, reports, and meetings.
- Assist with reception and general office operations as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned in support of school and athletic programs.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and administrative software systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with students, families, coaches, and colleagues.
- Experience in athletics, education, transportation, or administrative support preferred.
- Associate degree preferred.
