Lakeshore Community Health Care's Mission is to improve the health and well-being of Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties by providing quality, patient-centered, medical, behavioral health, dental care and support services free from linguistic, cultural and economic barriers. We accept patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay for services.
