Ascend Services, Inc., a leading non-profit that serves youth and adults with disabilities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Seal, SVP – Commercial Banking at Nicolet National Bank, to its Board of Directors. He was nominated to the Board in December 2025. Robert brings a wealth of experience to Ascend and will help guide the company in its mission.

Bob has worked in his current role at Nicolet National Bank (previously Investors Community Bank) for almost 18 years. Beyond his professional career, he has demonstrated a deep commitment to community service through his work on the Board of Directors for The Crossing of Manitowoc County, Manitowoc-Two Rivers Area YMCA, and Progress Lakeshore, Inc. He is the past Treasurer at Immanuel Lutheran Church & School in Manitowoc and the current Treasurer for the Manitowoc-Two Rivers Area YMCA Endowment Fund, along with current Board President of Progress Lakeshore. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Economics from Lakeland University.
“I was born and raised in Manitowoc. Ascend Services aligns with my personal goals to make a community impact and strengthen our community by building fuller, more independent lives for their clients. Additionally, I feel my strategic input can help contribute to the success and inclusivity of our community. As a board member, I could leverage my relationships to create connections, if needed, and assist with sponsorships and involvement. Additionally, I could promote the successes of Ascend as well as be an advocate for the organization,” Bob stated.
