Bank First Announces Leadership Appointment and Promotion
MANITOWOC, WI, October 6, 2026 -- Bank First (NASDAQ: BFC) is pleased to announce the addition of Scott Jandrin as Vice President – Business Banking and the promotion of Scott Tuma to Senior Vice President – Enterprise Risk Management. These appointments reflect the Bank's continued commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers and strengthening leadership across the organization.
Scott Jandrin has joined Bank First as Vice President – Business Banking. He brings extensive business banking and relationship management experience, helping businesses achieve their financial goals through customized lending, cash management, and working capital solutions. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Banking Relationship Manager at Peshtigo National Bank. In his new role, Scott will serve as a relationship manager for business customers, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted resource for businesses throughout Northeast Wisconsin. He will work closely with clients to understand their goals and connect them with solutions that support long-term growth and success.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Marian College. He is actively involved in his community through volunteer leadership, youth coaching, educational programs, and local civic organizations.
Scott Tuma has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Enterprise Risk Management. Since joining Bank First in 2014, he has played an important role in strengthening the Bank's risk management framework and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. In his role, Scott leads the Bank's enterprise risk management program, overseeing the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of risks across the organization while working closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Scott held positions in deposit operations, data analytics, and risk management, providing him with a broad understanding of the Bank's operations and strategic priorities. He earned his undergraduate degree from UW-Green Bay and a Master of Business Administration from Lakeland University and is currently attending the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Manitowoc-Calumet County Library System.
