Felician Village Announces “Set Sail for Wheels” Fundraiser Event to Support Transportation
MANITOWOC, Wis. (February 16, 2026) – Felician Village, a senior life plan
campus dedicated to enriching the lives of its residents, is excited to announce
its upcoming fundraising event, “Set Sail for Wheels.” The event aims to raise
funds for the Felician Village transportation program.
The fundraiser event is scheduled to take place on Friday, April 10, 2026, from
5 -9 p.m., at Silver Valley Hospitality, 1222 S. Alverno Road, Manitowoc.
This year’s Gilligan’s Island inspired theme, reminds us of the importance of
ensuring no one is left behind or “stranded.” Just as the castaways relied on
one another to navigate island life, our Felician Village residents depend on us
to provide reliable access to care, services, and community experiences.
Highlights of the event include a DJ, dancing, raffle baskets, games, and a
photo area.
Felician Village plans to continue the expansion of its transportation program,
most recently acquiring a fully donor-sponsored ADA-accessible bus that allows
all campus residents to enjoy group outings. “Our dream was always to provide
a new bus AND a van as that would help fill the transportation gaps for our
residents. Our community is amazingly supportive and because of that we are
looking ahead to expanding our fleet to include an ADA-accessible van”, said
Renee Thompson, Felician Village Director of Donor Development.
Tickets for the “Set Sail for Wheels” event are available to purchase Monday-
Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Felician

felicianvillage.org. Pre-sale tickets are $20 or available the day of the event at
