APPLETON, Wis. (September 2026) – Fox Communities Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Bob Hein to AVP of Member Solutions. Hein joined Fox in 2001 and advanced to Member Solutions Manager. This promotion recognizes the leadership and expertise he brings to the organization every day.

The AVP of Member Solutions provides strategic leadership for the credit union’s collections, recovery, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and asset recovery functions. This role develops and executes strategies that protect credit union assets, support member financial wellness, mitigate risk, and improve organizational performance. The AVP serves as a key business partner across Lending, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Compliance while leading initiatives that affect enterprise-wide results and member experience.

AVP of Member Solutions plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s mission by leading strategic initiatives that support member financial well-being, strengthen loan portfolio performance, and drive operational excellence. Through proactive risk management, delinquency and loss mitigation programs, member hardship assistance, team development, cross-functional collaboration and regulatory compliance, the department delivers compassionate, effective solutions while providing executive leadership with insights and recommendations that support sustainable growth and exceptional member service.
