Fox Communities Credit Union Announces Jason Dostal as Assistant Vice President of Software Engineering
APPLETON, Wis. (June 2026) – Fox Communities Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Dostal as its new Assistant Vice President of Software Engineering, a key leadership role responsible for advancing the organization’s software engineering capabilities and driving its AI strategy.
Dostal brings more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership, infrastructure engineering, and product development, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and modernizing enterprise platforms.
Prior to joining Fox, Dostal served as Technical Product Owner at Associated Bank, where he led seven cross-functional engineering and product teams supporting digital banking platforms, enterprise integration services, and AI-enabled customer experiences. During his tenure, he successfully reduced a backlog of more than 700 items, accelerated delivery timelines, and architected event-driven API ecosystems supporting modern digital account opening platforms.
In his new role, Dostal will lead the evolution of Fox’s software engineering discipline, overseeing engineering teams while shaping the organization’s approach to AI, automation, and integration. He will serve as a hands-on leader, guiding architecture decisions, developing scalable solutions, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
