This leadership team began their journey as Senior Branch Operations Managers—responsible not only for leading their individual branches and supporting daily member needs, but also for driving cross-functional projects and contributing to committees across Fox. As Fox evolved, so did their roles. We redefined expectations, refreshed responsibilities, and introduced a new leadership model—one that asked them to dive deeper into branch operations, engage more meaningfully with teams, and lead a hub of branches.
