APPLETON, Wis. (October 1, 2025) – Teriann Van Sistine has joined Fox Communities Credit Union as their new Vice President of Operations. The Vice President of Operations will lead Fox’s Member Payment Systems (cards & payment teams), Quality Control, Retail Resource & Deposit Quality Assurance, and ATM Operations teams to optimize our operational functions. Van Sistine will partner closely with the member experience team to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality financial services, while driving innovation and maintaining regulatory compliance. Her role will be pivotal in shaping operational strategy, providing a lasting member experience, and stewarding our intentional culture.
 
In Van Sistine’s most recent role as VP/Business Line Senior Risk Program Manager at Associated Bank, she led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on risk oversight, compliance, and operational excellence. Previous roles she’s held include VP/Operations Senior Unit Manager, Assistant VP/Operations Unit Manager, and Assistant VP/Business Systems Analyst I and II, among others. She is known for building high-performing teams, streamlining processes, enhancing automation, and fostering cultures of trust and accountability.
 
Van Sistine holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, both from Concordia University. She is an Accredited ACH Professional from NACHA and is Leadership Development Program Certified from Bonfire Women™
