Guests will experience a night of inspiration and impact.

MENASHA, WI — Goodwill North Central Wisconsin (NCW) will host its 4th annual Goodwill Starts with You! Gala on Wednesday, October 7, at the Lambeau Field Atrium, with this year's theme, "Powering Possibilities." Approximately 700 guests, including local community leaders and government dignitaries, will hear powerful stories from individuals who overcame barriers through Goodwill NCW Employment Services programs and transform their lives.  These stories will be supported by data, illustrating the impact made throughout the communities we serve.

Three of those individuals will be honored during the evening as Goodwill NCW's 2026 Edgar J. Helms award winners: Achiever of the Year, Graduate of the Year and Veteran of the Year. Each of their stories embodies the Goodwill NCW mission of "Elevating People by Eliminating Barriers to Employment."

Goodwill NCW leadership will be available for interviews 4:30-5 p.m. and must be requested at least one day prior.
