Hamann begins Manitowoc Tool Addition

Hamann Construction recently broke ground on a 59,125-square-foot addition to Manitowoc Tool & Manufacturing (MTM)’s building in Manitowoc’s I-43 Technology & Enterprise Campus.
 
The company’s tremendous growth in the past year has resulted in the need to transition that location from a distribution center into a production facility by increasing the plant size to more than 101,000 square feet. The project also includes the addition of two more interior loading docks, a restroom, and an office/conference room mezzanine. Construction is slated for completion by the end of August.
 
Hamann and MTM have a long history of collaboration, constructing MTM’s original building at this location in 2023, and completing numerous additions for the company at other locations.
