(Manitowoc, Wis.) September 9, 2026 – The Manitowoc County Home Builders Association (MCHBA) announces its annual Parade of Homes, presented by Carpets Plus of Manitowoc. The parade kicks off this week on Thursday, September 10 and runs through Saturday, September 12, 2026.

Eight brand new and remodeled homes from five of Manitowoc County’s top homebuilders will be showcased:

This year’s Parade of Homes showcases an exciting and diverse collection of eight homes, ranging from thoughtfully designed zero-entry ranches and custom-built homes to modern open-concept designs, and a unique historic downtown redevelopment. Visitors will experience stunning kitchens with custom cabinetry and quartz countertops, dramatic great rooms and fireplaces, luxurious primary suites, finished lower levels, impressive garages, beautiful outdoor living spaces, and innovative features designed for accessibility, comfort, and everyday functionality. From peaceful country views and timeless craftsmanship to modern luxury and creative downtown living, this year’s Parade offers something to inspire every lifestyle and stage of life.

Visitors interested in building or buying a new home, remodeling, or gathering ideas for home improvement projects will have the opportunity to interact with the area’s top experts in the field.

Tickets for the 2026 MCHBA Parade of Homes allow entry into each of the seven homes one time. They are available at Parade entrances for $10 each.

Event hours are Thursday and Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All homes will be available online to view them virtually beginning September 25, 2026.
