MANITOWOC, Wis., ‑ Roncalli Catholic Schools announced today that head girls basketball coach Amanda Bauer is stepping down from her role following 8 years of dedicated service to the Roncalli High School girls basketball program.
 
Bauer, who was first hired as head coach in 2018, has concluded her tenure with gratitude and pride for the growth and success of the program during her time at Roncalli. Over the past eight years, she has had a meaningful impact on countless student‑athletes, helping them develop not only as players but as leaders both on and off the court.
 
“We are grateful for Amanda’s leadership and the positive impact she has made on our student-athletes and school community,” said Nathan Kaderabek, Roncalli Catholic Schools Athletic Director. “Her commitment to building relationships and developing young women of character has left a lasting mark on our program.”
 
Bauer expressed appreciation for her time with Roncalli, reflecting on the relationships built with players, families, and colleagues throughout her coaching career.
 
“It has been an honor to coach at Roncalli Catholic Schools,” Bauer said. “I am thankful for the opportunity to work with such dedicated student-athletes and supportive families. I will always cherish the memories and experiences we shared.”
 
Roncalli Catholic Schools will begin the process of identifying the next leader of the girls basketball program in the coming weeks.
