MANITOWOC, Wis., ‑ Roncalli Catholic Schools is pleased to announce the hiring of Aaron Erdmann as its new Director of Finance & Human Resources.
 
A Manitowoc native, Erdmann brings extensive experience in financial leadership, auditing, and organizational operations, along with a strong commitment to service and Catholic education. He previously served in the United States Navy as an aviation electronics technician and has held leadership roles in finance and auditing across both nonprofit and private sectors.
 
Erdmann has a personal connection to Roncalli Catholic Schools and Catholic education as a proud parent of a Catholic school student and the uncle of a current Roncalli student and athlete.
 
In his role, Erdmann will oversee financial operations and human resources functions, supporting the long-term sustainability of Roncalli Catholic Schools while ensuring responsible stewardship aligned with the school system’s mission.
