Roncalli High School presents Distinguished Service Award to Jenn Kozak
MANITOWOC, Wis. — Roncalli High School, part of Roncalli Catholic Schools, held its Grandparents’ & Grandfriends’ Day event on Wednesday, Nov. 27. As part of the special gathering, a Distinguished Service Award was presented to an individual in appreciation of her acts of service and dedication to Roncalli.
This year’s recipient, Jenn Kozak, a Roncalli Catholic Schools volunteer and parent. Kozak has been described by her colleagues as having a giving spirit, kind, resourceful, dependable, is dedicated and has great attention to detail.
Kozak is someone who really shows up! She has spent countless hours helping in the Fine Arts area of both the middle and high schools. Whether it be collecting band uniforms, organizing costumes or making props for musicals and plays, Kozak is dedicated to the fine arts at Roncalli. She is a teachers’ aide at Roncalli Elementary School, where her presence is invaluable. She also is the creative genius behind St. Francis of Assisi Parish’s Vacation Bible School, bringing the theme to life each year and volunteers to help clean up at every major RCS event. Kozak seems to be everywhere when needed and always ready to lend a hand. Not only is she a rockstar Roncalli volunteer she also is a wife, mother, daughter, daughter-in-law, sister and friend.
